The Falls Family Pastoral Counseling Center strives to work in preserving the environment. Aside from using recycled materials and cutting down on waste, the Falls Family Pastoral Counseling Center will email intake forms, questionnaires and information packets that can be filled out and returned via email reducing paper waste.

The FFPCC also utilizes electronic signatures for counseling forms and counselors utilize an electronic system for taking notes. This allows for an encrypted synchronization with the mainframe and also allows for handwritten notes to be added to the client's file and to cut down on a need for a paper-based backup system. This cuts down on environmental depletion and storage costs.
