Licensing
All Pastoral Counseling staff members are required to hold licensing through the American Association of Pastoral Counselors, American Association of Christian Counselors, the State of Montana or be under direct supervision of a licensed counselor that holds the required credentials.

If the Pastoral Counselor is under direct supervision of another counselor and is not currently licensed, a written notice which includes contact information for the Pastoral Counselor's supervisor will be provided to the client during the first session and upon request after that session.

Privacy policy
Your information is confidential as required by law. Certain exceptions will be explained to you, and you will be provided a copy of these exceptions at the first session-these exceptions are required of Pastoral Counselors under State and Federal Law.

Fees for service
We keep our fees low so that all may attend Pastoral Counseling if they choose. In addition, upon acceptance, fees for service can be waived for some individuals and families.

All fees go towards the ministry of the Falls Family Pastoral Counseling Center to promote future developments.

Emergencies
If you have an emergency and need to speak to the on-call counselor, please call (406) 750-7525. From time to time the counselor will be unable to immediately take your phone call, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly.

If you need immediate assistance and are having suicidal or homicidal thoughts, call 911 immediately.
